Get Legit - Software as a Service (SaaS) Refund and Dispute Policy

Effective Date: 1/20/2024

1. Subscription and Account Access:

1.1 Get Legit provides Software as a Service (SaaS) subscriptions to Life Coaches, Online Course Creators, and Public Speakers.

1.2 Each client is entitled to one account, allowing them to create websites, funnel pages, email marketing campaigns, online courses, payment links, and booking links.

1.3 Clients are required to utilize their accounts for legal purposes only. Any illegal activities undertaken using the provided services render the client fully responsible for any penalties incurred. Get Legit will not be held liable for the actions of the client.

1.4 Clients are required to purchase a domain name from a domain provider outside of our service. In the event of problems with their domain, clients acknowledge that Get Legit does not have access to their domain, and any issues must be resolved directly with their domain service provider.

1.5 For clients utilizing email marketing, a professional email address associated with their domain name is required. Clients must obtain and manage this professional email address independently, as it is not part of Get Legit's service.

1.6 Clients cannot use a personal email address for email marketing purposes.

2. Payment Terms:

2.1 Payments for the subscription service are automatically withdrawn from the client's credit card or bank account on a monthly basis.

2.2 The subscription operates on a month-to-month basis, and payments made are non-refundable once processed.

2.3 Clients have access to the software for one full month following each successful payment.

2.4 In the event of a failed payment, the client will be notified, and they have one week (5 business days) to rectify the situation by making the required payment.

2.5 If the payment is not made within the specified one-week period, the client's account will be paused.

2.6 The account will remain in a paused state for a duration of 2 weeks, during which the client retains the opportunity to make the overdue payment.

2.7 If the required payment is not received within the 2-week period, the client's account will be permanently deleted, along with all the information and data contained therein.

3. Cancellation Policy:

3.1 Clients can cancel their subscription at any time without incurring penalties or fees.

3.2 To cancel, clients must notify Get Legit by either Telegram message or email at: [email protected]

3.3 Get Legit requires three (3) business days to process the cancellation and update it in the system.

3.4 Upon cancellation:

a. Clients will lose access to the software and its features.

b. Clients will be removed from the Facebook community associated with Get Legit.

c. Clients will no longer have the privilege to participate in the weekly Zoom calls facilitated by Get Legit.

3.5 Clients retain the option to start a new account at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of the subscription.

4. Legal Responsibilities:

4.1 Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective industries.

4.2 If a client engages in illegal activities, they bear full responsibility for any legal consequences, and Get Legit will not be held liable for such actions.

5. Dispute Resolution:

5.1 In the event of disputes or concerns regarding the services provided, clients are encouraged to contact Get Legit's customer support at [email protected]

5.2 Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Get Legit's headquarters.

6. Modifications to the Policy:

6.1 Get Legit reserves the right to modify this refund and dispute policy at its discretion. Changes will be communicated to clients through email or other appropriate channels.

By using Get Legit's services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Dispute Policy.

7. Service Availability and Downtime:

7.1 While Get Legit strives to provide uninterrupted services, there may be instances of scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime.

7.2 Get Legit will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance. However, no guarantees are made regarding continuous service availability.

8. Termination of Services:

8.1 Get Legit reserves the right to terminate a client's subscription if there is a violation of the terms outlined in this policy or if the client engages in any fraudulent or unlawful activities.

8.2 Termination may also occur if a client fails to make timely payments for the subscribed services.

9. Data and Content Ownership:

9.1 Clients retain ownership of the content and data they upload or create using Get Legit's services.

9.2 Upon termination of the subscription or cessation of payment, clients acknowledge and agree that their websites, funnel pages, email marketing campaigns, online courses, payment links, booking links, and any other content created within Get Legit's software will be deactivated and no longer accessible.

9.3 Clients have the option to download and retain their written materials, images, contacts, and any other content they wish to transfer to a different server.

9.4 The ownership of the domain name remains with the client, as it is not hosted on Get Legit's site.

9.5 Clients are responsible for rebuilding their websites or pages on a different platform if they choose to leave Get Legit's services or discontinue payment.

9.6 Get Legit does not own any content of the client's account and will not use it without their express permission.

9.7 Get Legit reserves the right to access client accounts for maintenance, support, or other legitimate purposes. However, Get Legit will not use or disclose client data for any purpose other than the provision of services.

10. Force Majeure:

10.1 Get Legit shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable events.

11. Governing Law:

11.1 This refund and dispute policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Dakota, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement:

12.1 This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Get Legit, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

12.2 Any amendments or modifications to this policy must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
