We've enjoyed working with you so much and we are sad to see you go!

Instructions for Canceling:

To cancel all you need to do is send us an email to: [email protected] with the following information:

Please write CANCELATION in the subject line.

Please Write: Cancelation for: Your Full Name, Your Business Name. in the body of the email.

That's it! You're all set! We will get back to you and confirm that we have canceled your account within 3 business days.

We require you to notify us 3 days before you next payment that you are canceling. Any payment that comes through is non-refundable. You will have access to your account for one month after each successful payment

What happens when I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. When you decide to cancel, you will still have access to your account, any live calls and the FB community untill the date when your next payment is due. On the date of your next payment you will not be charged, your account will be closed and you will not longer have access to the live calls or the community. (We will miss you!!!!)

Once your account is cancelled all of the information in your account will be gone. Your website and any landing pages will go down and no longer be available online. We will not hold your information in our system. We are here to help you succeed in any way that we can and we want to help you to transition out as smoothly as possible.

TRANSITIONING SMOOTHLY

Please be sure to make copies of anything you have inside of your account before canceling. This information belongs to you and you can use it to rebuild your website and landing pages on another server.

  1. 1. Make copies of any written text, and any pictures or images.

  3. 2. Download your contacts list

  5. 3. Take screen shots of any landing pages, email templates, and website pages so that you can refer to them later.

  7. 4. Go into your Domain Provider and delete any DNS settings that are associated with the Get-Legit software system. You will still own you Domain name and you will be able to use it to build a website on a different platform
